iOrganize watches selected folders and applies your rules while the app is running — move, rename, archive, or clean up files on schedules you choose.
Everything you need to automate.
Combine conditions such as file type, age, size, or name, then choose an action: move, rename, archive, send to Trash, or run a script. Rules run immediately or on an hourly or daily schedule while iOrganize is running.
One-tap scan for junk piling up on your Mac — old downloads, duplicate screenshots, forgotten installers. See exactly what's about to go before it's gone. Nothing deletes without your say.
No cloud, no account, no upload. iOrganize watches your folders locally and never sends a single file anywhere. Your Downloads folder stays exactly as private as it always was.
Create a scheduled rule for old screenshots or other files. When iOrganize is running, it applies the cleanup on the schedule you choose.
Choose a folder inside your home directory. Set a condition — "File type is .dmg", "Older than 30 days", "Is a screenshot" — combine several with AND/OR.
Move to a folder, rename with a pattern, archive to zip, move to Trash, delete permanently, open with an app, or run a custom script.
Rules run while iOrganize is open, either immediately or on an hourly or daily schedule. Recent Activity records what happened.

Yes. iOrganize is free and open source. All Auto-Flow rules, scheduled runs, Smart Sanitize scans, and actions are available without an account or license.
Any Mac with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, or M4) running macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
Smart Sanitize previews candidates, starts every category unselected, and asks for confirmation. Some cache and log categories delete permanently; others move to Trash. Enabled Auto-Flow rules can act automatically, including permanent deletion if you choose it.
Rules watch local folders inside your home directory. iCloud-synced folders may work when their local path and macOS permissions permit it; test with a disposable file first.
Absolutely. iOrganize runs entirely on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded, no account is required, and we don't collect telemetry or track anything. Your activity log stays local to your machine.
